The drawer to the dvd player was stuck closed, when it finally opened it wouldn't play dvds at all. When I moved the whole unit I heard a rattle so of course I had to investigate. There was a small white wheel/cog that came off of something just lying on the bottom of the casing. Where does it belong and how do I put it back?
