Re Electric lookalike log fire?

My fire keeps making a racket. I think it is underneath where the fan is.

This fire looks so real but the noise is spoiling it.

How can I stop it?

Is there seriously any unpaid peeeps out there who reply to any of these questions? Oops! another question.

Oh well, if you can't even be bothered to reply I can't be bothered to help.

By the way - I'm not paid either - I just know a lot about electric fires. However, even if I was paid, what difference does it make if you're getting free advice?

Don't be so cynical.

What make and model is the fire? The noise is probably coming from the fan or synchronous motor which drives the flame effect.
