its windows me wen computer switches on the writeing comes up then the screen goes blank and nothing at all,

as soon as you press the power button you need to keep tapping the f8 key on your key board when the screen comes up use the up and down arrows to select "safe mode" and you need to search for viruses and problems when it loads into windows
