Machine fills and washes but does not drain out water, pump sounds like it is working, front drain lets water out, open front filter and nothing in it. Machine spins and does the cycle but have to drain the water manually before it moves onto the next part of the programme, could pump be blocked and if so how do i get at it. Have flushed through waste pipe and hose, they are clear

impellor is running free, already tried that, where else could the blockage be, if i drain the water then use spin cycle only it will spin clothes pretty dry

take the filter out and shine a torch into the housing where the filter came from.you should see the impellor at the back.make sure there is nothing jamming the impellor and use a long screwdriver to manually rotate the impellor.make sure it rotates freely
