I dropped my disc player and the lens broke Can it be replaced?

the device FAILS to turn ON.
new batteries the device still fails to turn ON.
when shaken there is no sound of anything loose or broken. She just does not turn ON.
Can it be FIXED?
Should I just get another DEVICE/BOSE CD PLAYER?
