how can I fix my Zanussi washer/dryer model WJS1265W?

The fabric softener drawer is retaining the liquid after the final rinse and spin.

remove the soap draw from the machine.lift the plastic piece with MAX written on it out and underneath is some tubes with a hole through.clean these and retry
