R4 - SD/TF card error?

My R4 card says SD/TF card error and won't play games now. I've put it the USB on my computer and it asks me to format it. If I format it, will it then not let my add any more games, or will it clear off the games that are loaded at the minute? Any help please ???

If u put a small bit of a Sellotape over the card making sure you don't cover the metal bits on the reverse of the card, then put your r4 card back in then format the card and re install the games, it should work it works for sd cards and the r4 is a glorified sd card so it should work.
