over heating ( f5) ?

my boiler which is a glow worm 18hxi keeps flashing f5 which means over heating, we have a small child and without heating or hot water, so i wanted to no if there was a way i could do it by reseting it or something along them lines as the gas man is going to be 24 hours. thank you

f5 means your pump may be sticking causing a button to pop out inside the boiler this has to be reset by pressing it you must get your pump checked also check to see if you have a pressured system that the pressure gauge by the tank says 1bar min
