It is rare for domestic appliances to have their own circuit breaker. Circuit Breakers are usually part of the house wiring and several are fitted to protect lighting and power circuits.
A circuit breaker acts very much like a fuse but it looks like a switch. To reset a tripped breaker you just push the switch toggle handle to the up position. Some older breakers have a red button - you just push the button in.
