I fixed my volume probles via sky remote interactive button but now you need to hit number 4 not no.5 and find your tv code on the huge list "simples" then follow the on screen dummies guide more "simples" done, works like new thanks SKY!!

The remote has not been programmed to the TV
get the make and model of your TV
on sky
Press interactive
Number 5
Then Number 5 again
then follow the instructions
