How to I stop my homepage from changing?

When I open up the internet my hompage keeps changing to fast search.cc how do I stop this and keep google as my homepage?
I have had a look at the globe finder solution but it does not seem to work for fast search.

Restart windows in safe mode with networking
Run Spybot

Now download Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com) and never suffer this problem again.
