How can I fix my grandmother clock when I turned the minute hand the wrong way and it stopped working. I only shifted it back five minutes. Have I disconnected something and how can I rectify this? The clock is a wooden cased Beeching. The letters underneath the centre start -st- but time has wiped out the rest. I wonder if they might mean Steyning, their place of origin? There are faded painted flowers on each of the four corners and it needs to be wound up about once a week.
