I havent got any sound on my laptop after my mate wiped and re installed xp, and ime also trying to download a game but my graphics card isnt right, it says chip set.

It sounds like your mate has wiped the drivers for your sound chip. (Nice mate!) You need to download drivers from your PC manufacturer's web site.

Can't help anymore as you don't say what PC you have. You don't have a Celeron, that is just the processor chip in it.
