Tevion lcd tv model lcd1912?

My tevion lcd tv model 1912 ,on one beautiful sunday it doesn't want to play - no sound , no picture and the stand by indicator is always ON can not be turned Off by remote control , neither by hand . WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? anyone can help me ? thank you
