My HP deskjet 3500 printer was printing out a coloured page after it was scanned...BUT the colour that came out was a pale green. Now after unistalling the printer it wont install and a fault sign appears.Pleaswe reply to rodbenenterprises@yahoo.co.uk

my printer is not working properly
it leaves thin lines on the graphic and it is causing a lot of wastage i cant afford wasted money i am a pensione!!!
