How can i get my yamaha fx1 running?

I submerged it and it died on me. The motor is locked up now. What do i need to get to bore out the cylinders and where does the flusk kit mount too?

if its locked up from river water recently remove plugs and spin over slow. add diesel to lube bore. if it was sea water a while ago FORGET IT- GET ANOTHER MOTOR the crankcases will be ruined too
