The pilot light has gone off - Following the instuctions it says you need to turn the thermostat to "0" then making sure the gas and electric is on I turn the control knob to the required setting - at this point the pilot light should start sparking and comeon after about 10 seconds but this does not happen?? So I am left with the boile rlight on and the fan light on but no pilot light - can you help?
