Bought this item 2/3 years ago.cassette player will not answer the remote(only way you can use it).Dealer is reluctant to help saying parts are unlikely to be available AND they want £50 deposit upfront.LCD display lights up on Aux/tape but I only get a loud "clunk"when I try to play a tape.Annoying 'cos otherwise the unit runs fine.Any ideas,please?
