hi,i have the samsung RS21 FCNS model?

the freezer is functioning fine,but the fridge wont get cold-staying at 13 degrees?any ideas whats wrong anyone?

sounds like the cooling fan in the freezer has iced up,
1st try defrosting the freezer for 24 hours, plug the freezer back in it should then work fine, if fault re-accurs there is probably some sensors faulty,
if you live in manchester call ms appliance repairs
