I have 3 Dimplex XLSN storage heaters in my rented flat and none of them seem to be working. I don't know what the tenants have done but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the heaters working again? The power is on but the heaters are stone cold. Thanks

Hey did you ever resolve this? I have 2 of these, they both worked last winter, but now only 1 works. Am bamboozled.
