How to change light in Whirlpool Oven/Mircro Combo Model GMC305PDS07?

I thought it would be simply unscrew the bulb! Nope! It would not turn. I noticed it would push in, so I thought, AHA! depress then unscrew. Nope! After several attempts of push'n in & turning the darn thing popped out into the upper cavity of the unit. Now What? Is this something I can under take or should I call the repair guys for big $$$$'s?

It should not be big bucks if you TAKE it to a repair shop, perhaps collecting it later. Think of us poor repair guys who have to work on more awkward or COMPLICATED stuff! Your problem sounds simple (for a repair facility), but manufacturers NEVER make stuff easy, not even for their own engineers.
Ive just priced a Whirlpool fridge lamp (ordinary Fr/Fr unit) at 8 quid from them, including postage. So please don't think the shop is overcharging to change a light bulb! Kind regards,
