I have a Toshiba TV model 36ZP38B. The original remote control wasn't working so I bought a universal remote control which also did not work. I have tried no less than 4 different remote controls on this tv but without any joy. Could it be that my remote control receiver unit within the tv has packed up and if so will I be able to get a replacement to install and also, is it a relatively easy job to do? Many thanks. John.
