Cannon Pearl Duo - Set Clock?

The electric had to be turned off the other day and now we can't remember how to set the clock on our Cannon Pearl Duo, and we can't find the manual (which we must have put safe somewhere). Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Hold down the two left hand buttons (minder) use th + & - buttons to set the time - release all buttons.
