no hot water when i put the hot water on the light comes on the programmer and the boiler ignites but the water doesnt heat up and the heating comes on ie the radiators are boling hot even though the heating isnt on? sometimes it works most the time it doesnt? HELP!!!!

Hi thanks for your reply its not a combi boiler its a normal one is the motorised valve a big job am i best getting an engineer out?

hi sarah you dont say if its a combination boiler or a normal one suspect its the motorised valve motor if its a normal boiler.if its a combi boiler thn its a new divertor valve and a heat eng to fix it too
