Our Samsung fridge/freezer is not maintaining the temperature in the freezer section. Also the ice dispencer occcasionaly leaks water from out of the front dispencer compartment. I have tried adjusting the water level for filling the ice maker but without success. The temperature for the freezer is set at -18 and the fridge is set at 5. The dispenced ice does not appear to be fully formed, if that makes sence....

Any ideas!!!!!!!!

the shape of the ice i cant explain, but the leaking water i can.
It would apear your freezer is leaking water and requires a repair to the leak. once the leak is repaired the water should stop leaking from the freezer
