how to fix my magellan maestro 4010?

my magellan maestro 4010 screen is blank iv tryed the reset button but iv had no joy and now it wont seem to charge,please can anyone help.

I had to press the reset button for about 30 seconds while it was plugged in and then it reset. But I have having trouble charging now. So I am not sure if it is the unit.
