Rehault scenic sport yr 2000 over revving whilst moving?

Hi my scenic has started to overrev.This happens at all speeds.It feels the same way as a wheelspin when you pull away.I can be travelling at 60 mph and the rev counter goes up and a slight judder as if its wheel spinning Does anyone know what this could be .
