Hi, the problem is that the programer on the machine just keeps on clicking round, and we end up with a machine full of water that isnt pumped out. We have tried cleaning out the drainer incase there was anything in it ie : coins, buttons etc, but there was nothing in there.

The red light on the machine just stays on there is no flashing.

any ideas?

Hi I have just experienced the same. Try setting the wash programme switch to OFF and press the START button which will flicker a few times. Select your wash programme then start. It honestly worked for me. I took this info from another make and model to "reset the memory" and it is working fine at moment.
