How do I remove the keyboard on my Toshiba Tecra M1 laptop?

Silly question but where can I get a 'plastics lift tool' from?

there should be a piece of removable plastics just above the keyboard from one side of the laptop to the other. use a plastics lift tool to lift the clips of and emove plastics , being careful not to brake the clips. then remove two screws underneath , and hey presto , keyboard removed !!!
