the conditioner tray fills to the top then drains,and constantly repats this on condtioning rinse until drum is full of water.if the drum stops filling when the tray is only half full the the water will stay until next wash.every auto does this,not a fault.open the drawer and tip alittle water in to conditioner compartment when reaches the top watch it disapear.my other half just leaves it as she uses concentrate and it saves her watering it down
