No heat Kenwood GJ/SS25?

Just like the last person, my Kenwood microwave (which is onlly a few months old) has also stopped heating things. The lights are one...the turntable goes round - but nothing gets heated and I've checked its on full power. It just stopped. Very annoying...

Hi if the machine is only a few months old and you are in the UK, take it back and get it exchanged, in this country the warranty is with the retailer not the manufacturer, so insist on your rights. if they resist, push.

on the high tension transformer there is an encapsulate fuse .8amp should be rated replace with same rating and type be extremely careful with the capacitor even unplugged it can give you a good shock always use insulated tools
