When I insert the dvd, the screen remains blue. The guy at best buy said the lasers were probably misaligned, but that doesn't help me because I don't know how to fix it. ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
Sorry I don't Have an answer but am having a similar problem somebody please help. I know a little about electronics so I took It apart to see if anything was lose and everything looks perfect. When I put a dvd in it says dvd format incorrect i have tried dozens of movies and get he same error message.
