No central heating with combi boiler?

We have a GREENSTAR24i junior combi but have been without central heating for past 2 days.Have tried override, changed batteries in thermostat and also switched off completely and started again but no heat.Water is ok.Any suggestions?

What does the pressure gauge read?
Should be around 1 bar. Tap the gauge to make sure the needle isn't stuck.
If this is O.K. then probably diverter valve. Can you hear this move when you turn on a hot tap?
