my worcester 24 cdi boiler the pressure is past 4 how do I get this down?

The pressure on my worcester 24 cdi boiler is way to high, How do get this down to 1.5. I am no genius in this field so please help asap.

The best way to reduce the pressure is to locate a drain off point (usually found on each downstairs radiator)attach a hosepipe to it and unscrew the square until water begins to run out, let the water run for 30 seconds or so then close. Now recheck the pressure and adjust accordingly. Do not manually open the PRV in the boiler to reduce the pressure as there is a high possibility that it will leak for ever more.

let water out from one of the bleed valves on any radiator, about a litre.
then next issue is why its gone so high.
