I turn the hot tap on and nothing comes out, this is the same for all hot taps in the house, no problems with cold taps at all, no problems with heating. All water valves are open.
What is wrong with the hot water flow?
How do I repair it?

It may be that your hot tank is not filling up properly. Especially in hard water areas, during periods of non-use, the ballcock can become stuck in the 'up' position. Look at the tank which replenishes the hot water system to check this. (Same happened to us recently)
