every time i attempt to start up my laptop it never loads up, at start up it comes with a message which refers to memory reference error 0x06454544, i am unable to start up anything as there is no icons at all

hi you may have a memory modual that has come loose!
you will need to open the back of the laptop where the memory is situated, and check that thay are in place! if thay are! then I would say that you have a faulty memory modual and it needs replased.
