UPVC Door / New flooring?

I want to put new laminate type flooring into my kitchen but my UPVC back door is flush with the existing flooring. Is it possible to trim the door or will i need to buy a new one?

also to add to shauns answer; if your door has flag hinges then the door sash can be raised maybe just enough to clear new flooring. underneath the hinge there will be a plastic cap, remove this and inside there will be an allen key screw.turning this will raise and lower the sash.do this to all of them. if this achieves the required height then the keeps may need to be moved up and a little bit of routering out in the frame may also be needed (this is easy to do with a drill).
good luckl

if you know how to fit a door, have a look at the top of the door to see if there a trim or big silicone line,if so remove some and see how big the gap is,if you have about 10mm,take door out and re-fit after you have packed door up as much as you can,if not take frame out,cut about 10mm off head and pack up and re-fit.Make sure your sash has enough clearence at the top to allow you to do this.hope this helps
