i have a pre 2001 mira 415 shower which needs a new cartridge, which one do i need to purchase, many thanks

Go to your local Plumb Center branch and they will get one for you. As far as i can remember they are colour coded cartridges with small piece of coloured paint on them so have a look, it'll either be Grey, Blue or Pink more than likely.
