415's are usually on combi boilers, it sounds like the boiler is cycling, usually caused by someting as simple as a partially blocked shower head, it may also have blocked inlets on the cartridge assembly, try NATIONAL SHOWER SPARES 0845 126 4141 for parts or visit www.showerspares.com
