i took mine apart and it looked like a belt was stretched out (it was rubber). If you take it apart, its not hard...and looking for the part, its about $0.51. If you go to partstore.com and put in the model number, you can see the replacement belt. I cannot explain where it is, but I just took it apart & could tell.
