when the boiler is turned on there is a blue light flashing fast, I havent got any hot water or central heating, the pump and diverter valve are working but the fan wont work and the burner will not fire up to give me any heat!!! The manual says its a volitile lockout but still doesnt tell me how to fix the problem, any body know how to rectify the problem??? would be greatly appreciated!
