how can i fix my samsung 42 inch rear projection tv?

i have a samsung 42 inch rear projection tv and i have been told that my bulbs have gone at first the screen was yellow with shadows on the screen its now blue after one tv repair company made it worse is it worth getting fixed if so how much would this cost
