I need an extension cable for a Mikomi 15" TV?

I have cut through the cable supplied with my TV and now realise that it is optical cable. I need a 2 metre extension cable and a means of connecting the new cable to the cut one. I will also need to link the cable to the other end of cut cable. Can you help please?
