What does error code E 27 00 on a Sony DVD player mean?
It's a model DVP-C660, 5-disc changer. The tray won't open, the discs won't play, and we get error code E 27 00. Sony's website said to unplug the unit for 30 seconds, then plug it back in, but that didn't help.
