LERVIA KH 4000 PROBLEMS?

I have this m/c and have hardly used it but the following is happening and would appreciate if someone could advise me please.
Material is not being self fed through.
Stitch adjustment wheel is not working , it does a very small stitch only.Thanks

zig zag stitch will not work .straight stitch works

If the stitch length is not working it will mean a shop repair unfortunately.
