How can i fix my Reddmango Angora mr888?

I cannot get an audio output on this device, nothing works Ipod, Radio or Cd's there is power to it, i can select any function Ipod etc, its reads cd's fine, knows the ipod is docked, can find radio stations but just no sound what so ever, i have a green cable that came it, and what are the ipod in out plugs at the back of the stereo for, any advice would be hugely grateful, or as long as i live i will never by anything from reddmango again, there customer services is completely shocking, thanks

Unusual fault to have no sound when everything else is ok. Problem must be at the audio output stage. The only thing I can suggest a layman tries is to plug in headphones and see if there's sound coming through - if so, then it's a simple electrical fault on the feed to the speakers, possibly in the headphone socket itself - did anyone pull (trip over?!) on the headphone cable while it was plugged in?
