pentax optio a30 no menu and lense stuck?

I have a pentax optio A30 the lense is stuck 'out' and even with a re charged battery you get no menu and the lense will not retract. Can any one help or is it a case for the Bin?

it's not an answer...
i have the same problam(lense is stuck out) bat in my case the camera don't even start it's shut off instently.
what can we do?
