Sagem HD-45 DLP TV?

Today I switched on the TV and instantaneously, two red lights came up rather than the normal one which indicates standby. I thought it might be a problem whereby the heating element might have over heated???
Can someone give any guidance or assistance.

the lamp needs replacing you can get them on ebay for around £100 search fro sagem dlp lamp it is pretty straightforward to change { the original sagem relacement costs nearer £400
