The receipt printer is not printing anything. The journal printer has no problem, changed ribbons and re-thread printer roll, but still nothing. Paper feeds through with no problem when receipt feed button is pressed. Paper does not print nor move any other time. Help!

Hi.
It sounds like the printer has been set to receipt off (paper save) mode.
Try pressing cash twice at the end of the sale if you want a receipt. If thst works, and you want the receipt to print every time, press the receipt on/off button to turn it on continuously.
