How can i fix the radio in my Fiat Punto, 60s, 1999 model?

Since having the battery changed in my Fiat Punto 60s the radio will not switch on. It has no power to it at all, its not asking for a code its just totally blank?

most likely fuse blowwn behind panel under right side of steering wheel..has the reading light blown or cig lighter #???

If it has no power then there may be a fuse blown,this can happen if car was jump started.Check also back of radio for a fuse
